Wm. Shakespeare’s Gastropub - Draught Beers, Ales & Cider
Tennents Lager - mildly hoppy with some lager chalky notes, malty sweet with an accent of honey and a little graininess with a bitter finish

Harp Lager -  malty upfront, somewhat bready, some fruity characteristics are detectable, almost buttery rich

Bass Pale Ale -
caramel malts, very mild, with a hint of vanilla and dark fruit


Schlafley Pale Ale - medium-bodied British-style ale with a smooth, mildly-hoppy character.

Boddintons Ale - thick pale head, appealing pale gold ale, has a floral nose

Hobgoblin Ruby Beer - chocolate toffee malt flavor, balanced with a rounded moderate bitterness and an overall fruity character

The Bard's Ale - light body, caramel, light hops with a clean finish

Newcastle Brown Ale - biscuit and nut flavors with a sweet, floral nose

Guinness Stout - nice sweet chocolaty malt flavor, caramel and coffee notes prompted by the roasted barley

Scotch - we encourage you to try it with only a splash of chilled Scottish spring water Dewars sweet, heathery, slightly smoky...medium body with some malt and spice

Jameson - malty, fruitcake richness in the nose...oily, intense taste with a hint of spice with an oaky bitterness though the barley and sherry finish
Bushmills delicate, light bodied smooth Whiskey, with a malty, fragrant/floral aroma, and a background, toasted wood character...the taste is complex, spicy, slightly dry

Jack Daniels - nose is thick, oily, smoky...sweet, fat, chewy taste of burnt toffee and toast

Wild Turkey - honeysuckle and leather nose, powerful tastes of sweet berries and vanilla finishes with spicy and peppery wallop and a bit of oak



Gin
Beefeater - aromas of fresh, subtle floral juniper, and honeyed herbs, with tastes of vanilla bean, brown spice, and pink peppercorn fade.

Boodles - aroma of juniper and spice, with hints of citrus and a light floral note...tastes including soft juniper and hints of spearmint and ripe fruit.

Tanqueray - Mild juniper, herbal nose penetrating spicy layers enhanced by golden, lemon notes
